Kinetic reserves the right to revise the contents of this Server at any time
without notice and for any reason and, including but not limited to, conformity
with standards promulgated by various agencies, utilization of advances in the
state of the technical arts, the reflection of changes in the design of any
equipment, techniques, or procedures described or referred to on this Server,
or correcting technical inaccuracies and typographical errors.

KINETIC OBLIGATIONS
Obligations and responsibilities regarding Kinetic products are governed
solely by the agreements under which they are sold or licensed.
